Conditioning

We are so excited to announce one of our NEW Classes this fall....Conditioning.  It is a great opportunity to get our wrestling boys ready, get baseball boys pumped and to help keep the football boys strong, not to mention it will be a great class for all kids who want to get into great shape.  Here is an intro to our instructor, Jeremy Johnson and his class.

I am an educator for the Box Elder School District.  I have been teaching health and physical education for 10 years at the Box Elder Middle School.  I graduated from Utah State University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education and in 2011 I completed my Master’s degree in Physical Education. I currently coach the girls tennis team at the Box Elder High School and instruct part time at Result’s Gym and Fitness in their H.I.I.T. Center.  I have a passion for health and physical education and find no greater career than to help people to live healthier lifestyles.

As a part of this class at the H.I.I.T. Center I will be focusing mainly on High Intensity Interval Training also known to some people as “CrossFit” style workouts.  I train in this capacity many times a week myself, along with teaching it to my own students at school.  Those signed up for this training will be given the opportunity to push themselves physically and mentally as I instruct them though workouts.  I will work with each of them individually as well on how to improve their workouts and also stress the importance of a daily healthy diet and proper sleep.

If you have any questions please feel free to call or email me.
